Travellers can take to the sea this summer with the laugh of UberBOAT
A boat is the best way to get around in the summer.
And as Uber breaks into the travel and the food industry, they have now joined the boating industry.
UberBOAT is the newest craze for travellers this summer wanting to take to the water.
However, there is a catch.
The UberBOAT service is currently only available in Croatia.
It will launch an on-demand speedboat service which users can order through the app.
With the first trip launching on the 26th June, travellers can easily choose between a taxi or a boat.
The feature will be permanent unlike its other trials in the US.

It will travel between Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, easily connecting the Dalmatian coast.
They will offer two forms of service, with one being an airport transfer ranging from €352 (£308) to €493 (£432) depending on the size of the boat.
Otherwise, the second option with all for a half or a full-day trip to the islands, with a full-day fare starting at €980 (£858).
Davor Tremac, General Manager of Uber in Croatia and Southeast Europe said: “UberBOAT will offer locals and tourists a new way of exploring and travelling around the Croatian coast by providing a unique yet reliable and straightforward adventure to the islands.”
